Field Technician I

Clean Air Engineering, a global environmental services firm, currently has a position open for a full-time Field Technician I.  Activities include:

• Air emissions monitoring at industrial facilities (ex: coal fired power plants, waste-to-energy facilities)
• Calibrating, repairing, maintaining all test equipment
• Interfacing with clients, government agencies and vendors
• Advancement into project leading and project management roles as tenor is established
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

Individual must have a 4 year mechanical or chemical engineering degree from an accredited college or university.  PE certification a definite plus.

Requires extensive travel throughout the United States, and possibly abroad. 

Ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and mathematical skills.  Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook necessary.
