CLEAN AIR ENGINEERING, INC. SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH ENERGY & ENVIRONMENTAL
MEASUREMENT CORPORATION TO CROSS-MARKET PRODUCTS FOR STACK GAS
FLOW MONITORING AND STACK SAMPLE DELIVERY
Palatine, IL, November 6th, 2002 – Energy & Environmental
Measurement Corporation (EEMC/EMRC) the leading source of stack
gas flow monitors for the power and process industries, and Clean
Air Engineering Inc. (CleanAir), have entered into an agreement
to broaden the delivery capabilities of both the CleanAir Express
and the EEMC/EMRC products in the rapidly growing stack emissions
measurement market.
As part of the agreement, CleanAir will assemble, to CE mark requirements,
and market the EMRC Gas Flow Monitor (GFM) in Europe and Africa
through its European subsidiary, CleanAir Europe located in Marseilles,
France. In addition, EEMC/EMRC will market the CleanAir Express
line of sample gas conditioners in North and South America.
