The
5-Channel Calibrator is designed to interface CEM analyzers
with five individual calibration gases. The gases can be
controlled manually, or remotely with a computer or data
logger through one of two calibration ports.

We
use the
5-Channel Calibrator to manage the FID cal gas to the probe
tip in combination with the FLW-6 for
all the other dry gas analyzers. The 5-
Channel is also great when we are only running one or two
analyzers or when we have many analyzers and don't need all
the functions
of the FLW-6.
The
solenoid values require properly maintained gas cylinder
pressure regulators to ensure the gas pressure
to the solenoids never exceeds 40 psig. Pressure regulators
which cannot control pressure with zero flow should
not be used.
