3 Point Manifold and Orifice Set

The 3 Point Manifold and Orifice set was designed in accordance with GD 031 which allows the use of a multi-hole stack gas sampling probe for CFR Part 60 & Part 75 RATA testing. This system allows all 3 traverse points to be combined into one integrated sample with no need to move the probe. The in-stack manifold attaches to a heated CEM probe and filter oven. From the manifold 3/8" SS tubing is used to extend the individual sample points to their required length. A calibrated orifice set is used at the end of sample points to ensure equal flow rates from each point. An in-stack SS fritted fliter for each point to keep the orifice clean and free of particulate is recommended.
