FLW6 Flow Panel

The Clean Air Express FLW6 Flow Panel is a 3RD generation 19" rack mount panel designed to control sample and calibration gases to extractive analyzers for CEM and process control applications. Design features include an auto mode for remotely controlling up to 13 functions from your data acquisition and control system for automated calibrations. Manual control is simplified with interlocking push button switches and status outputs for flagging data. Three calibration gas inputs (High, Mid, Low) for each channel and a separate zero gas input. Adjustable flow rate for probe tip calibration and sample out (A,B,C,D). Separate pressure regulators for both sample and calibration gas provide reliable calibrations by matching pressure and flow. Individual channel calibration allows other channels to stay online. Water intrusion alarm light and contact output for disabling sample pump if moisture is detected in system. Back purge function controls air and remote solenoid contacts for blowback of sample probe and filter.
