Flue Gas Analyzer
Method 3 - Industro Model B" Orsat Analyzer

Clean Air Express gas Analyzer rapidly analyzes gas mixtures, specifically to determine carbon dioxide, oxygen and carbon monoxide.

Burrell Allied Cabinet Model Gas Analyzer:

Graduated 100-ml gas measuring burette, one contact and two auto bubbler absorption pipettes for determining carbon dioxide, oxygen, and carbon monoxide levels.

Burrell Industro Model B Gas Analysis System:

Graduated 0-21% gas measuring burette, one contact and tow auto bubbler absorption pipettes for determining carbon dioxide, oxygen, and carbon monoxide levels. Solutions included.

Features:

  • INDUSTRO-B is a simplified instrument for the rapid and accurate field analysis of gas mixtures.

  • For the determination of carbon dioxide, oxygen and carbon monoxide in gas mixtures.

  • Commonly used in the analysis of chimney gases for the regulation of combustion in coal-, oil-, and gas-fired furnaces.

  • It can also be used for combustion control, furnace atmosphere analysis, air-leak detection, research and plant control, calibration of control instruments, and EPA testing.

  • Minimum number of glass parts combined with metal components for rugged field applications.

  • Two auto-bubbler pipettes and one contact pipette.

  • Bulb type burette, 50 ml. graduated 0 to 21% in 0.2%.

  • Carrying case

  • Operating instructions

  • Price also includes one 3 ounce bottle of each Reagent.

  • Reagents are: Oxsorbent, Di-Sorbent, Cosorbent and Burette Solution.

  • DIMENSIONS: 15 inches high x 9 inches wide x 4 inches deep.

  • WEIGHT: 10 pounds

The operating principle consists of subjecting a measured volume of the gas sample to successive contact with chemical solutions which serve to absorb the specific components; carbon dioxide, oxygen and carbon monoxide from the mixture. The decrease in volume of the sample, after each contact, is the basis for calculating the percentage of a specific gas in the gas mixture.
