Clean Air Express Heated Sample Line Includes:

• 3/8" Teflon Line
• 1/4" Stainless steel tube ends
• 1/4" Teflon Calibration Line
• 2 type K thermocouples (embedded for sample line temperature indication)

Description: CleanAir Express Heated Sample lines are durable Teflon lined hoses electrically heated for operation up to 350°F with a wind chill factor of zero. All of our lines incorporate a second Teflon line within the hose sheath. This second line is provided as a system calibration line-- by routing the flow of calibration gas to the probe and back to the sampling system. Add desired length to part number when ordering.

Note: CleanAir Express can custom design heated sample lines to suit almost any testing requirement. Options include: Self limiting (no controller needed), 220 volt, electrical messenger wires, thermocouple messenger wires and Teflon calibration tubes.

Tester Comment: This HSL works well for most stack test projects.  However, for weather with a wind chill below zero or for very sticky compounds such as ammonia or hcl we suggest our extra heavy duty. 

Important: Before energizing, always uncoil the line and make sure it not touching itself or another line.  Coiled lines can melt and self destruct when heated.
