The MAKplus is designed to transfer sample gas to extractive analyzers for CEM and process control applications. The sample gas flows through two spiral tube heat exchangers with typhoon separators to ensure a constant stream of dry gas is supplied to the analyzers.

Features:

  • Cooling System CFC free compressor/chiller with two spiral tube heat exchangers.
  • Flowmeter provides indication and control of sample gas flow rate from 1 to 10 lpm.
  • Sample Pump Relief Valve set at 10 psi minimizes wear on the Teflon coated pump head and Teflon diaphragm liner during metering and sampling at low flow rates.
  • Differential Filter Pressure Gauge indicates a filter change at 7 to 11 psi.
  • Back Up Filter reduces field maintenance on extended source testing jobs.
  • Vacuum and Pressure gauge indicates pump system condition
  • Alarm disables the sample pump when moisture is detected by the acrylic water intrusion monitor and when the heat exchanger temperature exceeds 47 °F (8 °C) or drops below 32 °F (0 °C).
  • Peristaltic Pump constantly removes condensate while maintaining sample integrity
  • Quarter-Turn Detachable Top Cover and Rear Panel provides easy access to kynar pass lines, sample pump, 0.5 micron filters and peristaltic pump during routine maintenance.
  • Wall Mount, Stand, Grab Rail and Strap accessories available for stationary and portable applications.
  • Simple Installation and Operation
