Clean Air Engineering's repair technicians are here for your instrument repair needs. We have 29 years of experience in maintaining and repairing the expansive inventory of equipment we rent to our customers every day. We've fixed almost every type of instrument problem, and are uniquely qualified to offer our repair services to you.

We recommend consulting a Clean Air repair technician prior to shipping your instrument to us (often our technicians can walk you through a five-minute repair over the phone or by e-mail.) You can call our Palatine, IL office at 1-800-553-5511 or arrange an equipment repair with our online Repair Authorization Form. Be sure to have your company purchase order number ready.

To give you a repair estimate, we need to evaluate your instrument in-house. Clean Air Engineering charges a $100 flat rate + shipping for the repair estimate. If we can't find the problem or fix it-- that's all we'll charge.

Your estimate will note the labor cost, repair time, and required parts. Our standard repair turnaround is between two to four weeks depending on the repairs required. We also offer RUSH repair for an additional labor charge. RUSH service means we examine your equipment as soon as it arrives in Clean Air's receiving dock-- and get your instrument back to you in less than two weeks.

We stand by our repair services with a 30 day labor warranty. We provide an itemized list of all services performed and any replaced parts will be returned with your equipment.

When downtime is an issue, we can rent a replacement instrument to you while you wait for your repair. Check out Clean Air Instrument Rental for further details.
