Rush Analysis Pricing
Analytical results will be issued 15 working days from the receipt
of samples. Rush analytical results may be available at increased
rates upon request. Rush charges for analysis will be applied in the
following manner:
|
1-2 working days
|
300%
of listed price - Guaranteed start of analysis on day of
sample receipt
|
|
3-5 working days
|
200%
of listed price - Within three days of sample receipt
|
|
6-10 working days
|
150%
of listed price - Within six days of sample receipt
|
In any circumstance, a purchaser's request for rush analysis in
a certain time frame authorizes all degrees of rush charges up to
that extent. Rush charges on the final invoice will be reflective
of when results were available and reported to the Purchaser. All
days will be calculated on a five day work week (with allowance
for holidays).
How to Avoid Rush Charges
To avoid rush charges but still receive results in a short
turnaround period, contact Clean Air
Analytical Services
before your samples are taken or ready to be shipped. Upon CleanAir's
receipt of a purchase order and a date of the samples arrival,
the standard 15 day turnaround period begins. For example, if
we received the purchase order today, and the samples were to
arrive at CleanAir in two weeks, the analysis would be completed
one week after the samples arrived. If the samples do not arrive
on the day the client initially states, the turnaround time is
delayed by the same amount and rush charges may still be applied.
NOTE: Rush charges do not apply to tared
filter media.
All analyses will be performed
according to Clean Air Engineering's
Terms and Conditions for Laboratory Work.
