Key components in any compliance program are collecting accurate, defensible emission data and optimizing equipment performance.  CleanAir has an established reputation for excellence on field testing projects of all sizes, ranging from boiler efficiency testing to SCR baseline studies and optimization to annual compliance determinations.  From routine EPA and ASME method testing to on-line spectrographic analysis, CleanAir has the technical expertise to meet your monitoring requirements.  Our engineers and technicians have performed thousands of field testing projects on hundreds of utility and industrial boilers in the United States and abroad.

The strength of CleanAir’s organization is its solid base of over 100 professionals with boiler and air emissions testing, combustion, flue gas cleaning, engineering, regulatory, and analytical experience. In addition CleanAir has extensive equipment resources maintained through CleanAir Instrument Rental as well as CleanAir Express, which provides in-house manufacturing capabilities for customized sampling equipment such as HVT probes and multi-point sampling grids.

CleanAir maintains a fleet of mobile trailers and trucks that are equipped with gas analyzing instruments for measuring O₂, CO₂, CO, NOx, NH₃, SO₂, and VOCs as well as data acquisition systems to provide real-time data to guide operational changes during tuning or optimization programs. Measurements can be taken at multi-point sample grids installed by CleanAir to develop profiles such as furnace combustion or SCR NOx/NH₃ distribution.
