CleanAir Test Instrument Calibrations
Having accurately calibrated and dependable test instrumentation is the first critical step in a quality test program. Clean Air Engineering calibrates a wide variety of test instruments, including virtually all of the devices deployed by our field test crews. CleanAir calibrations are traceable to NIST or natural physical constants and meet all requirements of the applicable test codes under which we test. CleanAir calibrates, pressure, temperature, water flow, air flow, humidity, and power measurement devices.

CleanAir also performs calibration services and repairs as an outsource service provider to a wide variety of industries.

Electrical Calibrations
Using the industry leading Fluke 5520 Multifunction Calibrator and HP 3458 reference meter enables us to calibrate a wide array of electrical measurement and test equipment.

CleanAir routinely calibrates:

• Data Acquisition Systems (e.g. Fluke NetDaq's and Agilent 34970A.)
• Power Meters
• Current Clamps

Low Temperature Thermal Calibrations

• -40 to 200 Degrees F
• Based upon Thermo-Haake Precision Bath and a Hart Scientific 5628 PRT connected to a 8.5 digit meter
• Low Temp four wire RTD's calibrated to a 0.1 deg F tolerance
• CleanAir provides "as-left" coefficients for all thermal devices calibrated
• Capabilities include:
  • Thermocouples
  • RTD's - (Callendar Van Dusen Coefficients are Generated)
  • Panel Meters
  • Thermistors

High Temperature Thermal Calibrations

• 200 to 1200 Degrees F
• Based upon Hart Scientific 9173 Metrology Well and a Hart Scientific 5628 PRT read with an 8.5 digit meter,
• High Temp four wire RTD's calibrated to a 0.5 deg F tolerance
• CleanAir provides "as-left" coefficients for all thermal devices calibrated
• Capabilities include:
  • Thermocouples
  • RTD's -(Callendar Van Dusen Coefficients are Generated)
  • Panel Meters
  • Thermistors

Pressure Calibrations

• 2.0 inH20 to 500 PSI Absolute or Gauge Pressure
  • Using combinations of our Druck DPI-150 Precision Reference Meter(+/- 0.015PSIA), one or more of our precision dead weight testers we are able to calibrate a vast array of laboratory and industrial pressure measuring devices.
• 500 to 5000 PSI Absolute or Gauge Pressure
  • We have the capabilities to calibrate devices up to 5000 PSI using our precision dead weight standards.

• Some of our most common calibrations include:
  • Rosemount 3051 Pressure Transmitters
  • Process Gauges
  • Barometers
  • Process Control Gauges
• All of our dead weight pressure standards are calibrated with a +/- 0.025% of reading tolerance by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.   This ensures our calibrations are reliable and reduces our overall measurement uncertainties.
