Thermo Model 48 - Removing the Sample Capillary

This video demonstrates the removal of the sample capillary in a Thermo 48 analyzer. The sample capillary is removed when the analyzer is going to be used with a flow panel, or outside sample pump.

Items Needed:

• Philips Screwdriver
• Crescent Wrench
• Clean 1/4" teflon line, 3" long
• 1/4" union of stainless steel or Teflon

Turn off the analyzer and unplug it before starting capillary removal. Wear eye protection as needed.
