The PSG Process Cooler BCR01 is designed to lower sample dew point and separate water vapor from humid streams in gas analysis systems. This gas conditioner continuously dehumidifies a sample stream and rapidly separates condensable liquids from the gas. The PSG BCR Series can compensate for wide variations in input temperature and ensures a constant dew point at the outlet. Lightweight, slim design with low maintenance and digital cooling temperature display.

The PSG Process Cooler BCR01 is designed to lower sample dew point and separate water vapor from humid streams in gas analysis systems. This gas conditioner continuously dehumidifies a sample stream and rapidly separates condensable liquids from the gas. The PSG BCR Series can compensate for wide variations in input temperature and ensures a constant dew point at the outlet. These sample gas coolers can be optionally equipped with PVDF-, glass- and/or stainless steel heat exchangers. BCR gas conditioners can cool down nearly every gaseous medium and are well-suited for high gas flow rates and extremely high inlet temperatures.

High-Performance, low-maintenance, and used for continuous extractive gas analysis processes, BCRs serve primarily for exact constant lowering of sample gas dew points and thus for drying humid sample gas flows. In this way, water vapor cross sensitivities and volumetric errors are minimized and damage to analyzer sensors are avoided. Available with optional integrated peristaltic pumps for condensate removal.

Load fluctuations and high thermal stress are reliably managed with two mono or dual heat exchangers (with one or two gas paths each) housed in aluminum cylinders, ensuring optimal energy exchange between sample gas and cooling medium. The aluminum cylinder is also an effective cold storage, helping the unit run efficiently in higher temperatures.
