FEP Beaker Liner 250 ml 7.5 mil
FEP Beaker Liners – Alternative To Glass Labware Laboratory analysts are recognizing the utility of Beaker Liners made with FEP film, as a stand-alone alternative to borosilicate glassware. It is recommended the Beaker liners are rinse with methylene chloride (as a rinse) to remove a “releasing agent” that the manufacturer uses. The compound is used to allow quick release from the molding/stamping process used in manufacture. The EPA’s official cleaning steps are listed in Alt-005.
