In work environments where heavy cotton dust may be present, the GMW-4000 Vertical Elutriator effectively measures exposure to this potentially-hazardous dust. The instrument must be suspended vertically with the inlet positioned near the breathing zone of the worker in order to achieve accurate results. Meets OSHA Reg. 1910.1043.
