Heated Sample Line Features and Options:

• Choose metal or plastic tubing
• Triple insulation maintains temperature of line with less power consumption.
• Lower resistance heaters require less power to heat lines.
• Optional backup type K thermocouple to prevent project delays in the case of primary thermocouple failure in the field.
• Stainless steel over braid and stainless steel tube ends for the sample line to prevent abrasive failure in the field. Optional stainless steel over braid for protection of calibration line from abrasive failure in the field.
• Power and Sensor leads have stainless steel overbraid.
• Inert PTFE sample and calibration lines provide more accurate results by eliminating potential bias from other materials. PTFE is also more corrosion resistant than tygon, and can be washed with acetone without degradation. PFA, FEP or metal tubing is available
