CleanAir Heated Sampling Probes feature a unique design with a stainless steel liner that allows for quick and easy replacement of the pitot and thermocouple in the sample line. Includes geometric calibration; wind tunnel calibration is optional. Heated sample probes include: (1) Heated line with coupling connection or ball joint o-ring type with male taper and 5/8” chamfered end, (2) Choice of line material (pyrex, quartz, stainless steel, inconel, or titanium, (3) standard K-type thermocouples and S-type pitot, and (4) 110V or 220V power configuration.
Note: Standard heated probes use a flexible silicone heater (max temp. 500ºF) Optional high temperature heaters are available. Indicated lengths on many products are usable length. For overall length, add 12 inches. Probe and accessory stockings are also available.
